Beginning with the 2023-2024 Recreational Season, we will be making some changes to our billing and make-up policies. Please see below for these updates and what they may mean for you!

Monthly Billing

We will no longer bill in 8-week sessions, and instead bill monthly for a 40-week session that begins September 5th, 2023 and ends June 29th, 2024. You will notice that tuition prices have not changed, they have simply been split in half for the monthly rate!

You are still welcome to drop at any time, but you must notify us in writing (7) days before the end of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.

Automatic Payments

You will now be required to keep a card on file in iClass in order to enroll in classes. We will bill this card on the 10th of each month for tuition. If you would prefer to pay by cash or check we will still accept it, but you must make that payment before the 10th or we will charge your card on file.

Make-up Policy

We will now be issuing make-up tokens to your iClass account so you can go in and schedule your child's make-up classes on your own! These tokens will be valid for 60 days from the date of the absence, after which you will forfeit the make-up class.

As a reminder, make-ups are only issued if you inform us of your child's absence prior to class. This can be done by e-mail, phone, or by marking the absence in iClass. No-shows will not be granted a make-up class.
